TCP is hiring for the 2026-2027 school year! We are looking for a full-time paraprofessional who can work with our teachers and students in the classroom and study hall, helping with supervision, small group work, and special needs. We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits including full medical, dental, and Arizona State Retirement depending on status. We are on a 4-day schedule M-Th. We have smaller student loads and offer excellent professional development opportunities.
