The (Federal Aviation Administration) has just opened Round 4 of its Aviation Workforce Development Grants — with applications due 22nd June 2026.

For and providers, this is a real opportunity to secure funding to start or improve programs that:

🛫 Build aviation career pathways

⚛️ Engage students earlier with technical training

👩🏻‍✈️ Strengthen pilot and maintenance workforce pipelines

Importantly, the FAA is prioritising modern, scalable training approaches — including simulation-based learning that can broaden access and improve engagement.

At True Course Simulations (TCS), we’ve been working directly in this space — supporting institutions to deliver immersive VR/MR aviation, STEM & CTE training environments that align with exactly these kinds of outcomes:
