Our mission is to provide students with focused flight programs, train them with the highest levels of excellence and professionalism, and prepare them to enter the workforce as qualified and skilled aviators. Through our commitment to the integrity of standardized fixed-wing training, we cultivate an environment of involvement and camaraderie. Our curriculum prepares students for the real world by focusing on scenario-based training. This form of training presents students with realistic problems that they must successfully navigate through, and this method allows students to think critically within their current environment and immediately apply what they have learned to future scenarios outside of the training environment. We believe this fosters safer, more competent, and well-equipped pilots within our North-Aire program.
