Hi everyone!
I’m officially offering local and regional equine hauling services throughout the Prescott/Quad Cities area.
With over 40 years of experience in horse training, instruction, and care, I understand that hauling horses is about far more than simply transporting them safely from point A to point B.
It’s about patience, calm handling, and understanding the horse in front of you.
Available for:
• Vet appointments• Training transport• Barn moves• Emergency or short-notice hauling• Local and regional trips
If you or someone you know needs reliable horse transportation, feel free to message me directly or email me at [email protected]

Today feels like a new beginning.
I’m starting the process of rebranding Spirit Mountain Healing Services…but if I’m honest, it’s more than that.
It’s me, too.
New life.New direction.New version of me.
And one of the things that matters the most to me isthat I have my horses with me again.
There’s something about being back with them that brings me home to myself.Grounded. Clear. Real. Confident.
This next chapter is about coming back to what truly matters:
connection, healing, and the work I know I’m here to do.
This is the heart behind Confidence through Connection. Not just a program… but a way back to yourself.
If you’ve been feeling lost, untethered, or ready for something different—you’re not alone.
✨ Enrollment is open.👉 If this speaks to you, message me or reach out—I’d love to talk with you. 💜

Sometimes healing doesn’t look like big breakthroughs.Sometimes it looks like this…
Space.Breath.A moment where nothing is chasing you.
This is where we start.
Through horses, connection, and real-life application,Confidence through Connection helps you build a foundation strong enough to stand on again.
This program is for women navigating the 3 D’s—death, divorce, or domestic violence—and learning how to come back to themselves.
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or untethered… this is for you.
Enrollment is open now. Save your spot or message me to get started—I’ll walk you through the next step. 💜

It starts small.
Something irritating.
Something that doesn’t quite feel right.
Something you notice, then choose to ignore.
And then it stays.
Becoming part of the background.
Tolerating things that don’t feel good.
Holding onto patterns that don’t serve them.
Ignoring what their body is telling them.
Not because they don’t know but because they’ve gotten used to it.
But just because something has been there for a while
doesn’t mean it belongs.
I know because this was exactly what I used to do. Ignore and pretend that the “thing” wasn’t there. That it would “go away” if I just ignored it long enough.
Then I would get migraines, and I wouldn’t eat because I wasn’t hungry. I would “try” to sleep but my brain wouldn’t shut up. And then the morning would come and I would start the whole process over.
Until I became exhausted. Until I could barely function. Until my health began to fail. Until I spent over $10,000 in one year to find out “what was wrong with me,” only to be told, “there is nothing wrong with you.” What??
I get it. I understand because I have lived it. And this pattern nearly killed me, literally.
In the equine-assisted online program, Confidence through Connection, I teach from lived experience. Not from a book. Not from a theory. But lived experience. That makes all the difference because you don’t need to “tell your story” to me for me to understand and help you. You just need to show up for the program and learn to reconnect with yourself and heal the wounds you have been ignoring.
These are a few of the things the women I am working with are telling me after going through Confidence through Connection:
“I didn’t even realize how much I was carrying until I let it go.”
“I feel lighter… like I can finally breathe again.”
“I’m starting to trust myself in a way I haven’t before.”
The next group is starting soon.
If you’re ready to stop tolerating what doesn’t feel right…

Self-care is not selfish.
I used to think it was
Or at least I lived like it was.
There was always something more important.
Someone else who needed something.
Something that had to get done first.
So I pushed through.
Ignored what my body was asking for.
Told myself I’d rest later.
And later never came.
There was always one more thing to do
One more person who needed me.
I just never realized that person was ME.
What I didn’t realize was that I was the one living in that body.
Carrying the tension.
Holding all of it together in the name of “perfection.”
And there was a cost. a HUGE cost.
I’ve lived in that place for most of my life,
where your body is asking you to slow down,
But your mind won’t let you.
No matter what you do.
You can’t slow down.
You just GO, GO, GO, and GO.
Where rest feels uncomfortable.
Where doing nothing feels wrong.
And over time, you stop hearing yourself.
The work I’ve done with my horses brought me back to something simple, but not easy
listening.
Listening to myself.
To my body.
To my limits.
To what I actually need.
Because the truth is
You are the one who has to live in your body every single day.
Confidence through Connection isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about coming back to yourself through horses, just as I have learned. I teach from learned experience, not book experience. Real lived experience.
Register today for the next group. It is amazing work and space is limited. Message me for more information and to register today.

Sometimes the block isn’t what you think it is.
From the outside, you don’t appear stuck, but inside, you feel trapped, helpless, and hopeless.
I understand more than you realize because I have lived most of my life this way.
I appeared outwardly to have “my sh*t” together, yet inside I was falling apart.
I was falling apart but too scared to admit it or do anything about it.
The issue wasn’t that I couldn’t ask for help; it was that there was no one to ask who would genuinely help me.
I would keep giving and giving AND giving, but when I needed help, those I had given to were nowhere to be found.
So I was stuck.
I was blocked and didn’t even realize it.
And even if I had known I was stuck, I didn’t know how to get unstuck.
I didn’t know how to “look for the gate.”
It was my horses that showed me I was only stuck in myself.
That I had been taught to perform for acceptance and love.
Horses do not live this way.
They live in the present moment and when we start to learn how to be present with ourselves, we find “our gate.”
This is one of the skills I teach in my 6-week online group program
“Confidence through Connection”
for women who have experienced what I call the
3 D’s: Death, Divorce, and Domestic Violence.
The next group is starting soon and I am offering a special rate for a limited time.
Contact me today to register. It is life-changing, and it is all thanks to horses.
See you in the next group!!
If you’re ready to stop feeling stuck…
