Dear Journey Parents:

We continue to keep an eye on the latest information about COVID-19 and it’s spread in our nation. As of now we plan to keep normal hours of operation tomorrow. Please understand, we are taking extra precautions to guard against COVID-19 and will be implementing some practices to ensure everyone’s safety. These changes are listed below.

• We will be scanning each child’s temperature as they enter the preschool (Anyone who’s temp is greater than 100.4 will not be allowed)

• Anyone that is coughing or shows any symptom of a cold/flu is asked to stay at home

• If a child develops cold/flu like symptoms while at Journey, he or she will be sent home

• Anyone with an immediate family member that has had a temperature or has shown cold/flu like symptoms is asked to stay at home

• We will be wiping surfaces every two hours.

• There will be someone available to greet you and to check your child in. Please do not use the touch screen computers.

• If your child runs a fever, he/she is asked to stay at home for at least 72 hours instead of the normal 24 hours.

The landscape of this pandemic is changing rapidly. Should any of the above change we will notify you ASAP.

Due to the probability of rain tomorrow, our field trip scheduled for October 15 has been rescheduled to October 23 at 8:00 am

We are so excited for our K-4 graduates. The students have worked so hard this year and we cannot wait to see what God has planned for these young scholars.
