It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved former PKS teacher, Mrs. Dona Gay Ernsbarger.

Mrs. Gay dedicated her career to nurturing young minds, inspiring a love of learning, and making every child feel special and valued.

Her kindness, patience, gentle spirit, and unwavering commitment to children will always be remembered. She leaves behind a legacy of love, learning, and service that will forever be a part of the Prattville Kindergarten School family.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Mrs. Gay’s family, friends, former students, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Thank you, Mrs. Gay for the countless lives you touched and the difference you made in our world. Your memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved you.
