It's tragic that a little boy died in the hands of a transporter here is AL while in DHR custody. Yes, the system is flawed and sometimes broken. Reform is needed. But don't throw stones if you have never fostered, helped a foster parent, helped a DHR worker, or know a foster child. It's easy to criticize from the passenger seat. Let this tragedy lead to change for all kids in care.
