Just wanted to give everybody a heads up. I’m coming in from Hammond and running a few minutes late. I probably won’t get to the gym till about 430. If you prefer to go inside to practice servers or any else inside the gym If you get there before me, just help yourself in. If you’re not familiar with the door code, please message me and I will send it to you.

Registration for the 11 AM summer volleyball group is currently open, with limited spaces available for the first 10 to 12 players. I am making a special announcement, as this group is filling up rapidly and some interested parties have not yet registered.

Individual workout price $40 “pay as you go”
We have special pricing for 4 weeks as well (please inquire)
