🚨NEW BLOG POST🚨
Lesson planning matters, but more requirements don’t automatically lead to better lessons.

If teachers are spending more time proving they planned than preparing to teach well, we may have overcomplicated the process.

In our newest blog, we’re sharing how school leaders can make lesson planning more meaningful and manageable by keeping expectations focused, monitoring the work, and using the planning process to strengthen instruction.

Not every teacher needs the same coaching support at the same time.

But when every teacher gets the same amount of time, attention, and follow-up, coaches can quickly find themselves stretched way too thin.

On August 31st, we’re breaking down a practical way to differentiate your coaching support based on what teachers actually need.

"Tiering Without Tears: Differentiating Your Instructional Coaching" will help you make more intentional decisions about:
✔️ Where to focus your coaching time
✔️ Who may need more frequent or intensive support
✔️ Who can be more independent
✔️ How to adjust support as teacher needs change

The goal is a coaching system that feels supportive, responsive, and actually manageable.

Rule of Walkthrough = make sure what you plan to do with that data meets the needs of the teachers and is actionable.

Furthermore, teachers should be invested and included in conversations about how the data is used.
