Happy Holidays, Lancers!

As the year winds down, we wanted to take a moment to say how meaningful it’s been to reconnect as the Shawnee Mission East Class of ’95. Our reunion back in June—and the conversations and memories shared since—have been a reminder of how special this group really is.

It’s been especially fun not only reconnecting with familiar faces but also making new connections and friendships along the way. Even decades later, there’s something magical about finding common ground, sharing stories, and reminiscing with people who were part of the same chapter of life.

Whether you’re celebrating Christmas, Hanukkah, another holiday, or simply enjoying a quieter season of reflection and rest, our hope is that this time brings you peace, joy, laughter, and meaningful moments with the people you love. Please take care and stay safe as you travel, gather, and celebrate.

Kicked off reunion day at SM East led by 2 East Fund Ambassadors and second generation Lancers…E.B. daughter of Melissa (Coleman) Bagley and G.W. Son of Christina (Coleman) Wilkerson. We reminisced with stories of exploding drinking fountains and synchronized swimming routines and envied the new coffee shop and fancy music and weight rooms. Hope to see every tonight!

It’s going to be a fun evening at an incredible venue! Come and connect with old friends and even make some new ones. It will be 10 years before we all get together again!
