Hundreds of have been taught by and changed through their relationships with our two wonderful retirees over the years. 🎉 Mrs. Hamernik and Mr. Pete were celebrated at a staff send-off where we thanked them for their dedication to the district and all they have done to make Prairie Farm a great place to be. 🎊

The celebration included reminiscing about the current employees Mrs. Hamernik once had in her kindergarten classroom, one last read aloud in the IMC, and a great video of Mr. Pete showing off his moves. 🤩🙌

We will always hold you close in our hearts, Mr. Pete and Mrs. Hamernik – enjoy your well-deserved retirement!! 💚🖤💚

Our family is seeking a student centered and collaborative long term substitute teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. The opening is for a 4th grade instructor and will run from late August to mid November.

Meals will be served at Prairie Farm from June 8-25, 2026 for all ages 18 years and under. No registration to summer school is required.

🍊 Breakfast will be served from 7:45 to 8:30 am
🍎 Lunch will be served from 11:45 am to 12:30 pm

⭐️ Ends the second week of August

📣🚌 The Prairie Farm School District is now hiring SUBSTITUTE BUS DRIVERS with a start date of August 2026. Come and be part of a team that puts students and safety first! ⭐️💚

🚍 Fill in for route drivers during morning or afternoon routes
🚍 On school days
🚍 $50 per route
🚍 Additional driving opportunities available but not required
