This week alone, there was a father in his 40s and another in his early 50s from right here in Central Iowa, both pass away. Way too young to die from disease, illness, heart attack, mental struggles, etc.

You can still love this country and not be a fan of the current administration or politics in general. I love this country all because of...and for the men & women who sacrificed their lives to deliver us from evil and reward us with the amazing FREEDOM we exercise every day.

I don't love it in any more or less because of a Pelosi, Trump, Clinton, Reagan, Bush, Obama, etc. They have NOTHING to do with my true patriotism 🇺🇸. My family, just like millions of others, put their lives on the line for this flag, and THAT is why I will always love this country, this flag, our anthem, and all of the God fearing people in it ✝️🙏.

If you let politics destroy your patriotism, then that is on YOU and your heart. No matter who is in the oval office, congress, senate, etc...I WILL LOVE THIS COUNTRY because of all the blood, sweat, and tears that went into allowing us to be FREE. I have witnessed people speaking poorly of Americia, showing very little patriotic behavior, all because the person they voted for-didn't get voted in. This amazing country is SO MUCH more than one person and one regime. It's all about WE THE PEOPLE. Can we always improve? ABSOLUTELY YES, but we already have it so damn good AND DON'T YOU FORGET THAT.

I'll admit that I will never understand the mindset of not wanting to be the strongest you can be, not wanting your kids to see you working hard every week to be at your best- FOR THEM, not appreciating the one life you've been granted.

Far too many dads don't do anything to improve their health & appearance. Even if you have an active job, you still need to strength train & elevate your heart rate for 20+ min a few times a week. A balanced body doesn't see injuries nearly as much as an unbalanced body.

DADS, do your duty, get in great shape and lead your family. We can help you right the ship.
