This week we proudly recognize and celebrate the incredible leadership of our Assistant Principals—Amos Whitehead, Chad Smith, Dana Hall, and Julie Liford —for all they do each day to support our students, staff, and school community.
Their commitment, work ethic, and passion help make Powell High School run smoothly and continue to be Knoxville’s Best. From supporting instruction to building relationships and solving problems behind the scenes, their impact is felt in every corner of our school.
Thank you for your leadership, your dedication, and for always putting students first. We appreciate you more than you know! 🧡🐾

Seniors mark your calendars! The Senior Walks have been set. Don’t miss out on the PHS tradition and milestone of your journey to graduation. Remember to wear your graduation gowns but no caps. This is for students only to celebrate your achievements. 🎓

Edited to add: not picture here but Norwood Elementary's Senior Walk will be held on May 19th at 8 am. Students should arrive by 7:50 in the back parking lot and enter through the gym doors. They should wear their gowns. We will start the walk promptly at 8:00.
