Powell High School FTC Robotics Club The PHS Robotics Club Teams 3188, 3189, 6437, 10541, 10731 are FTC Robotics Teams in Powell, Wyoming! The PHS Robotics team was established September 2011.

The robotics team competes in competitions that are provided by the FIRST organization. Every year the competition changes. To find out more about what FIRST is, please visit this website - http://www.usfirst.org/roboticsprograms/ftc. Every year there is a world competition. It will be held in ST Louis in 2013. The robotics club is very thankful for all the sponsors we had for our trip to Worlds in Houston, TX. There were over 19,000 other students there from 20 different countries. It was a tremendous experience for all of us! We had a lot of sponsors, so thank you!!

Tyler tried the infamous 72 OZ steak challenge at “The Big Texan” here in Amarillo, TX. That includes several large shrimp, a large baked potato, and a large salad. If you finish in an hour, it is free. If not, you pay $72.

Whether you finish or not, it is a GREAT meal. Their food is worth a trip if you are in the area.

He put in a valiant effort, but came up about 10 OZ short.

He said he REALLY needs to go swimming now to start burning that off.
