St. Bart's Preschool

Our Story

At St. Bart’s Preschool we believe that every child is unique and special. We provide opportunities for our students to develop their individual self through creativity by exploration, experimentation, socialization, and exposure to foundational education concepts.

We provide a safe, fun, and developmentally appropriate program for children ages 2-5. St. Bart’s preschool primarily serves the communities of Poway, Rancho Bernardo, Rancho Penasquitos, 4S Ranch, Scripps Ranch, Ramona and Escondido.

All of our teachers meet the state requirements for Early Childhood Education units and actively participate in continued educational courses. All are CPR and First Aid certified and have passed a rigorous background check. We maintain a maximum class size of 13 children. Each class has a qualified teacher and an adult aide.

St. Bart’s programs are designed to accommodate all children based on their growing and changing needs. Our main goal is to provide a nurturing environment in which your child is encouraged to explore and learn through social-emotional development as well as hands-on age appropriate activities. These activities encourage their curiosity and create an interest and excitement for lifelong learning. The activities and information covered in each classroom aligns with the current core standards to prepare your child for their preliminary education years.
