This week, our Founder and President, Jasmine Willois, had the honor of speaking at California State University, Fullerton, engaging directly with students from the Business, Economics, and Real Estate programs.
Her session introduced a powerful perspective on the secondary mortgage market—highlighting how today’s investors are building wealth through debt, not just real estate ownership. From performing notes to distressed assets, students were given a real-world look at strategies typically reserved for institutional players.
What stood out most was the level of engagement. The students came prepared, asked thoughtful questions, and leaned into understanding how they can position themselves ahead of the curve in an evolving financial landscape.
