And honestly...we’re not surprised.

What makes a good boss? Nailed it.

How to limit screen time? 📲 Also nailed it, better advice than most adults give tbh.

One thing they’d change about school? “More options for work.”

Which, honestly, might be the most Montessori answer a student has ever given without knowing it 😅

They want choice. They want variety.

One child is mastering a lesson they’ve been working on for weeks
Another is proudly completing work all on their own
A teacher is guiding, encouraging, and celebrating every little victory along the way 💛

That’s one of the things we love most about Montessori.

Children are given the space to become capable and independent, while teachers are there to support, challenge, and cheer them on

It’s not about doing everything for them
It’s about helping them discover what they can do for themselves ✨
