We offer students classroom and on-the-job training, permitting students to unlock their potential to become licensed Barber or Cosmetologist. TNN Beauty Apprenticeship Barber, Cosmetology, and Permanent Makeup is the leading beauty institute in California. Unlike Barber college and Beauty school, we developed an efficient program through a system. Students receive an Apprentice License to work in

a licensed establishment, then have the opportunity to Earn-while-you-Learn. Tanya Nguyen came to the United States as a refugee in 1975, not speaking any English. Because of the struggles and challenges she experienced through her decades in the beauty industry, she knows how important it is to have someone to provide mentorship, guidance, and encouragement and cultivate talent both in school and on the job.
