🍎 The FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL for grades 1st-5th is this Monday, August 31st. We can’t wait to welcome all of our Orca students back to Poulsbo Elementary!

❤️ The FIRST DAY for Kindergarten is September 3rd. Families will have a “WA Kids” meeting with their child’s Kinder teacher— check your ParentSquare for details.

🖤 The school doors open at 9:05 for students (8:55 for breakfast) and the new school start time is 9:15 🔔

FIELD DAY!
The kids came out in full force during lasat weeks Field Day to enjoy the beautiful day and to celebrate a year of fun and learning. A HUGE shoutout to our AMAZING and the parent volunteers, who made this years Field Day the BEST DAY EVER! 🖤❤️

Poulsbo Elementary celebrated the last day of school with a performance by the school's Safety Patrol, followed by staff lining up to cheer and wave our students off. See you next year, Orcas!

This week, the halls of Poulsbo Elementary were filled with cheers, high-fives, and many happy tears during our annual Grad Walk!

Our young students lined the hallways, creating an incredible tunnel of positive energy to celebrate the amazing CLASS OF 2026. The graduates paused to share their future ambitions, favorite Poulsbo Elementary memories, and inspiring advice for the next generation of learners. Unicycles, parachutes and smiles were definitely included in the celebration finale!

Seeing the community come together to support these students was truly unforgettable. **Congratulations, Graduates!** We are so incredibly proud of you.

P.U.N.K.S. — Poulsbo's Unicycling North Kitsap Students — wowed the crowd with an impressive lineup of acts, from juggling and walking on large balls to unicycling on both standard and towering unicycles. 🎪

The skill and confidence these students showed was something else, and a reminder of what kids are capable of when they find something they love.

Congratulations to our P.U.N.K.S. performers on a truly impressive show!
