Join us for a Youth Leadership Program Information Night to learn how this dynamic program, presented by the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce and The Chamber Foundation, helps students develop leadership abilities, entrepreneurial thinking, and the skills needed to succeed in school, their careers, and beyond.

Youth Leadership is a leadership development program presented by the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce and The Chamber Foundation. As the signature program of The Chamber Foundation, Inc., Leadership Dutchess has spent more than 30 years educating, inspiring, and motivating emerging leaders to serve their organizations and the Dutchess County community. 🎈🙌 Get ready for the 35th Annual JPMorganChase Hudson Valley Hot-Air Balloon Festival taking flight Labor Day Weekend, September 4–6, at Tymor Park in Union Vale, NY!

This is where we need your help. We are seeking volunteers to assist behind the scenes with festival setup, operations, and teardown. With more than 22,000 attendees expected throughout the weekend, this event is simply too big for our small staff to manage alone.

Whether you're an individual, business, school, or community organization, there are plenty of ways to get involved. Volunteers may help scan tickets, drive passenger carts, clean tables, provide guest information, sell souvenirs, assist with parking, operate games and activities, support the Bubble Zone or Drone Zone, or even help balloonists prepare for flight.

The 35th Annual JPMorganChase Hudson Valley Hot-Air Balloon Festival would not be possible without the incredible dedication and enthusiasm of our volunteers.

📣 ATTENTION PARENTS OF DUTCHESS COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS!

Give your child the opportunity to develop leadership skills, build confidence, explore future career paths, and make meaningful connections through the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce's Youth Leadership Program.

This mentorship-based program helps students strengthen their resumes, connect with local professionals, engage in community service, and gain valuable college and career readiness skills alongside peers from across Dutchess County.

The 2026–2027 Youth Leadership Program is now accepting applications! Open to students attending any Dutchess County high school, as well as homeschooled students, this nine-month program meets once per month after school from September 2026 through May 2027.
