October is Anti-Bullying Month, and we are excited to spend the month focusing on kindness, compassion, respect, and being an upstander at Faith Christian Academy!

Throughout the month, students will be participating in special activities and challenges designed to encourage them to look out for one another and show Jesus’ love.

Here are some of the activities happening around FCA:

💙 Kindness Bingo Challenge –
Our elementary students will participate in a Kindness Bingo Challenge, encouraging them to complete acts of kindness and spread positivity throughout the school.

🎨 Anti-Bullying Poster Contest – PreK–8
Students will have the opportunity to create an anti-bullying poster that shares a powerful message about kindness, friendship, and standing up for others. We can't wait to see their creativity! Deadline is: October 19th.

Our goal is to remind our students that everyone has the power to make a difference. We want our school to be a place where every student feels safe, valued, included, and loved.

As we continue to teach our students, we will reinforce the message:

💙 BE KIND.

BE BRAVE.

BE A FRIEND.

STAND UP. SPEAK OUT. STOP BULLYING.

We are grateful for your partnership at home as we encourage our students to live out Christ's love through their words and actions.

Thank you for helping us make kindness a priority at FCA! 💙

Congratulations to our soccer team and Coach Stanfield for a great game yesterday! We had many teachers and staff come out to cheer on our team for their first game at home! 🎉💙 They played a great game and won against Upton Lake 5-0. Go Falcons!

October Events 🤎🍁🍂

Our 6th graders had a blast in Mr. M’s STEM class making their own paper airplanes and then putting them to the test!
They experimented with different designs, measured distances, compared results, and made adjustments.
Who knew a simple paper airplane could teach us so much about forces, motion, design, measurement, and problem-solving? ✈️
