Thank you to Christopher Henry, Division Administrator for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, Pennsylvania Division, for joining the Manufacturers & Employers Association for our latest Transportation Roundtable!

With more than 38 years of experience in commercial motor vehicle safety and regulatory enforcement, Christopher provided attendees with timely updates on several important issues facing employers and transportation professionals, including FMCSA registration changes, CSA and SMS data accuracy, DOT drug and alcohol testing and the Clearinghouse, non-domiciled CDL enforcement, and English language proficiency requirements.

We appreciate Christopher sharing his expertise and helping our members better understand the evolving regulatory landscape and what it means for their organizations.

What a great day on the course! Thank you to everyone who joined us for the 2026 NEPA MAEA Annual Summer Golf Outing at Mountain Valley Golf Course.

Even a rogue 15-minute downpour could not spoil the day. It made its appearance, soaked everyone just enough to be memorable, and then cleared out so the fun could continue.

Yesterday, we held our 17th Annual Wellness Summit at the Mt. Valley Clubhouse in Barnesville.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for a day focused on employee health, performance, and practical strategies that can be applied in the workplace.

Topics throughout the day included improving energy and long-term health, understanding the real costs behind employee health benefits, managing respiratory care more effectively, implementing heat stress mitigation in industrial settings, and exploring personalized approaches to employee wellness.

We also appreciated the partnership with Guardant Health, who provided on-site access to a colon cancer screening blood test, making it easier for attendees to take a proactive step toward early detection.
