Last week, we welcomed our newest teachers, nurses, and librarians to Pottsgrove during our New Teacher Induction Program! Throughout the program, our new staff had the opportunity to learn more about the district, connect with colleagues, and prepare for the year ahead.

We are excited to have them join the Pottsgrove team and can’t wait to see the impact they make in our classrooms and school community.

We are excited to kick off our fall sports season! To help everyone start the season on the right foot, Pottsgrove Athletics is hosting its Fall Sports Parent Orientation Meeting.

This meeting is especially important for:
🔹 New athletic participants (Grades 7–12)
🔹 Incoming 7th grade student-athletes
🔹 Incoming 9th grade student-athletes

That’s a wrap on our 2026 Youth Athletics Camp season! 📣

We closed out the summer with our Youth Cheerleading Camp, where our young Falcons spent time learning cheers, jumps, and routines while building confidence and having fun along the way. It was great to see so much teamwork and Falcon spirit throughout the camp!

A special thank you to our dedicated coaches and high school student volunteers who gave their time and shared their passion for Pottsgrove athletics. Your leadership helped make each camp a fun and memorable experience for our future Falcons.

Thank you to all of the families who participated this summer. We can't wait to see everyone back on the sidelines, courts, fields, and mats this school year. Go Grove!

🏈🏐🏑🏃 The countdown to the start of the 2026 Fall sports season is on! If your student plans to participate in a fall sport, now is the time to complete their registration.

⚠️ Important: Pottsgrove has transitioned to Arbiter Sports for athletic registration. Student Central is no longer being used. All student-athletes in grades 7–12 must create a new family account and register through Arbiter.

📅 Official Start Dates
🏈 August 10 – High School Football & Golf
🎾 August 17 – All Other High School Fall Sports
🏈 August 24 – Middle School Football
⚽️ August 31 – All Other Middle School Fall Sports

🩺 Don't forget: PIAA physicals must be completed on or after May 1, 2026, and uploaded directly to your Arbiter account.

📣 The First Day Packet is Now Available!

The PowerSchool Annual First Day Packet email has been sent to all Pottsgrove families!

Be sure to check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for an email from [email protected] and complete your student's First Day Packet.

✔️ Review and update your student's contact, emergency, health, and demographic information.
✔️ Submit the completed packet—even if nothing has changed.

📅 Student schedules and class assignments will be available beginning August 17 only after the First Day Packet has been completed.

💻 Need access to a computer? Computers are available at each school building and the District Office, Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
