Regulated Queer Resilience

Regulated Queer Resilience Building Resilience is about about more than just surviving—it’s about thriving in a world that tries to wear us down.

I help LGBTQ+ individuals build the emotional regulation and nervous system resilience to resist oppression without burning out.

If you feel overwhelmed by everything happening in the world, you’re not alone.

The 24-hour news cycle is designed to keep us in a constant state of fight or flight. Every headline, every crisis, every call to action—it all feels urgent, and it all feels like too much. Our nervous systems were never meant to process this much, this fast, all the time.

It’s not that you don’t care. It’s that your body is stuck in survival mode. And when we’re stuck there, we can’t think clearly, we can’t take action in a sustainable way, and we start to shut down.

The first step isn’t to do more. It’s to regulate.

Because when we can calm our nervous systems, we can move from panic to clarity, from shutdown to action. We can keep showing up—not from fear, but from love, creativity, and purpose.

If you’ve been feeling frozen, exhausted, or like you can’t do enough, start here. Take a breath. Regulate first. Then we move.

You don’t have to run yourself into the ground to prove you care. You don’t have to carry everything alone to make an impact. The work you do—whether it’s advocacy, caregiving, or just existing in a world that demands so much from you—matters. But so do you.

Staying regulated, setting boundaries, and protecting your energy isn’t giving up. It’s how you keep going. It’s how you make sure you’re still here, still showing up, still whole.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted from constantly showing up, let’s figure out a different way. One that actually supports you, too. Reach out if you’re ready to do this work with support. ***r

I’ve been sitting with something for a while, and it’s time to make it official—I’m shifting my focus. While relationship coaching has been a huge part of my work, my heart keeps pulling me toward something bigger: helping q***r folks and advocates build resilience, emotional strength, and sustainable self-care. Because resistance isn’t just about fighting—it’s about staying grounded, protecting our energy, and making sure we don’t lose ourselves in the process.

This doesn’t mean I’m stepping away from the relationship work entirely! If you’re a couple who’s found my resources helpful, you can still access them over at Regulate,Repair,Reconnect, where all my relationship-focused content will live moving forward.

For those of you who are feeling the weight of advocacy, emotional exhaustion, or just existing in a world that doesn’t always make space for you—I’m here. This next chapter is about supporting q***r folks in staying regulated while resisting, protecting their peace while showing up, and finding balance between strength and self-care. ***rrelationshipcoach

I decided to restart my channel after taking a year off. Going through cancer treatment with my 7 year old shifted most things about me. I wasn't sure if i wanted to return to my old work, but i have studied relationships for years and going through the most horrific year of my life has deepened my understanding of the relationships in my life and myself. So if you're interested in this new version of what i do, follow along ***r ***rcoach ***rrelationshipcoach

There are 1.6+ million trans, non-binary, and gender-expansive individuals in the U.S. They are diverse, encompassing various backgrounds. Despite progress, the community still fights for basic rights due to political attacks and violence, especially affecting Black and Brown trans women. It's crucial to combat disinformation, discrimination, and hate against the community.

Let's advocate for transgender men and women who just want to be their authentic selves without the fear of violence and hate.

Love is personal, like a canvas you get to paint on. There's no universal formula for love and relationships, just like there's no one-size-fits-all art piece. Every relationship is unique, shaped by the individuals involved. It's about discovering what works best for you and your partner, not fitting into a mold.

In a world that often gives us relationship templates and stereotypes, we're here to break free and celebrate our own love stories. Each one is distinct, reflecting our authentic selves.

So, think of your relationship as your canvas. You both get to add your own colors, brushstrokes, and patterns. It's all about expressing yourselves and creating a love that feels right for both of you.

Here's to crafting our own love stories, completely unique and truly our own!
