Last weekend’s Family STEM Workshop was Build-a-Battery. Using a few simple components, kids made their own working battery and tested it out on real electronics. 🔋

Members also get to enjoy our lineup of live animal programs this week: K-9 Lex on Wednesday at 11am, Wild4Wildlife on Thursday at 11am, and Adirondack Raptors on Friday at 11am. Meet owls, hawks, and falcons up close, with a chance to hold an owl. 🦉

Afterschool Classes: Glow-in-the-Dark Art! 🎆

Explore the world of light in all its mesmerizing forms! Kids will create glow-in-the-dark, UV, and LED light art using projections, 3D holograms, and glow painting — then bring it all together in a large public art piece for SUNY Potsdam’s LOKO Festival. Let your ideas come to “light” and shine your brightest in this public art festival!
