Theta Phi sisters are members of CUSA, Cstep, NSBE, the Rugby Team, Goldies Dance Team, Golden Knotes, Tri-Beta (National Bio Honor Society) & much more. We are a diverse group of young ladies that strive to be leaders within our classes and community. Every semester our scholarship chair works with the alumni association and National to implement a program that encourages studying and better grad
es because School & grades are very important to us.....it's why we went to college! Aside of studying and weekly meetings, we strive to give back to our community through community service. Our chapter focuses on not only raising money for charitable organization but giving back to the community through time. For instance, within the last semester, sisters have helped tutor and read to younger students at the local elementary school. Within the last year, we have raised over $1000 for multiple organization and we have collectively spent over 500 hours on philanthropy because we know that "it is in giving that we receive". Last but not least, our chapter focuses on sisterhood. Sisterhood is the the bound of friendship that goes beyond college years, it is the support network that helps us through tough times, it is the bond that sets us apart from other professional societies. Sisterhood in Theta Phi Alpha is truly hard to describe.... It is an AMAZING experience....something you can't miss out on!
