The Manor Montessori School

A very special thank-you to the firefighters from Rockville's fire department, Engine 23 Tower for visiting Manor Montessori's Rockville campus! 🚒❤️

Our students learned about fire safety, explored the fire truck, and discovered how firefighters and their equipment help keep our community safe. One firefighter even put on his full protective gear so the children could see what firefighters may look and sound like during an emergency and understand that they should never be afraid or hide if a firefighter comes to help them.

The children loved meeting these local heroes, getting a closer look at the fire truck, and even taking a turn in the driver’s seat!

Thank you, Engine 23 Tower, for giving our students such a fun, reassuring, and educational experience!

Today is the day! 🌿✨

We are so excited to welcome our returning families back to Manor Montessori and to say hello to all of the new students joining our Manor community! ❤️

Our teachers have been busy since Monday thoughtfully preparing their classrooms—arranging beautiful, inviting environments, preparing Montessori materials, and making sure each space is ready for a wonderful year of learning, independence, discovery, and growth.

Today's Meet & Greets at each of our campuses are the perfect opportunity for children to visit their classrooms, reconnect with familiar faces, meet new friends, and begin feeling comfortable in their prepared environment before the first day of school.

We can’t wait to open our doors and welcome everyone back. Here’s to a wonderful new school year at Manor Montessori! 🌱

See you soon! 🎉

The journey to world peace starts with me. I am learning how to respect myself, others and their cultures. I am also learning to respect the environment. Here at Manor, we have days full of hugs and cooperation today and every day. Happy International Day of Peace from Manor.
