🎉 Big News, Nurturing Nest Families! 🎉

We are thrilled to share two exciting accomplishments—and we couldn’t wait to celebrate them with the amazing parents and families who make The Nest such a special place!

🌟 1. Statewide Recognition! Nurturing Nest is officially the first childcare center in the entire state of Idaho to be recognized for earning the Early Childhood Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (EC-PBIS) level of childcare! This recognition reflects our commitment to nurturing children with positive guidance, consistency, and a supportive learning environment every single day.

🏆 2. Northwest Pyramid Model Champion Award! At last week’s Summit in Boise, we were honored with the Northwest Pyramid Model Champion Award—and we were the only center chosen out of five states (Idaho, Washington, Oregon, Alaska, and Utah!). This award celebrates our dedication to high-quality social-emotional development practices and the hard work our team puts into supporting every child in our care.

These are a few of the classes we have been taking. For the last four days, we have been in classes for 8 hours learning nonstop! We have soaked up so much knowledge we can't wait to come back and share! We proudly support the IDAEYC and NAEYC! We were the only attendees from Northern Idaho. Also, what lifts you?

We are in Nashville at The NAEYC conference! Excited to learn, improve our skills and knowledge on Early Learning and Childcare for our community! We are intentional in providing the best care we possibly can!

Hi friends! It’s been a while since we’ve posted! We are still having lots of fun playing and learning! A couple of years ago we have added a new app for our center and the Nest families where we add all our fun photos and updates! We will be more present and make sure to share here as well!

As we kick off “All about me” week we started with a fun activity rolling a color die and a body part die and colored the proper body parts!
