The OnTrack Differentiated Learning Program at Shalom Christian Academy is a Christ-centered academic support program designed to help students with diverse learning needs thrive in the classroom. Through differentiated instruction, personalized accommodations, and targeted interventions, the program recognizes that every child learns differently and seeks to develop each student's God-given abilities in a supportive and encouraging environment. At the heart of the program is the Individualized Student Education Plan (ISEP), a customized roadmap that outlines each student's academic goals, learning strategies, accommodations, and progress monitoring. The ISEP is developed through collaboration between teachers, parents, and school leadership to ensure that every student receives the support needed to build confidence, strengthen essential skills, and make meaningful academic progress.
The OnTrack Program reflects Shalom Christian Academy's commitment to educating the whole child by addressing academic, social, emotional, and spiritual development.
