Advocating for Full Funding of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA)

I've been asked about Full Funding of the Individuals with Disabilities Act so for those of you who want to act on this I've added some guidance. I also have a pre-written email for you if you are not sure what to say. DM me if you want that.

The IDEA Full Funding Act has been reintroduced in the 119th Congress with the following bill numbers:

House of Representatives: H.R. 2598
Senate: S. 2217​

This is a federal issue, so contact your federal legislators. Use this link to find them. https://www.congress.gov/contact-us

Write a short email; most have a “Contact Us” form on their websites. You’ll want to reference the bill numbers for your Senators and the HR number to your House Rep.
