Then we will finish with mobility and a short workout.

This is all to bring praise and honor to God by giving Him our time and moving our bodies.

This will be our only meeting for August.

We will be reading the last 2 chapters of 1 John together. Then we will go over details and any thoughts or questions we have together.

Good morning ☀️

I wanted to remind anyone who wants to come tomorrow for our next meeting of reading the Word and a short workout. We will begin with worship and prayer.

We will continue reading in 1 John. I have loved reading this Epistle in the Bible for the month of July with you all. It’s teaching me and correcting me as God’s Word should!

And I would like to add that you belong here. Don’t worry about not knowing it all or fitting in. We love getting to know each other and also having a good time 😊
