There will be a wake at Churchland High School from
6 - 8 for Marvell Edmondson on Friday April 26th.

The funeral will be at 1:30 on Saturday at:
St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church
2714 Frederick Blvd. Portsmouth, VA 23704

We have more details to share. The Vigil will be tomorrow at 8pm on the Churchland Football field. The candles and dixie cups will be provided. Please let everyone know of this information. Wear all the orange and black you can.

I am sure we have all heard of the recent passing of our fellow Trucker, Marvell Edmonson. We have lost a great soul and fun-loving individual. The Class of 2012 sends its condolences out to his friends, family, and loved ones. He will be truly missed.

There will be a Candle Light Vigil for Marvell on the Churchland Football field. We will post the exact time and details when it has been made completely official. For now though, it is said to be April 24th, 2012 at 8pm. More details to come.

Alright Class of 2012...it's been almost two months since graduation. Everyone is getting ready to officially head in separate directions. Piece of advice: Don't forget those friends who made you who you are. Keep in touch and check this page cause I'm sure our Secretary Jessie will be posting about the 10 year reunion :)

There are less than 24 hours until graduation rehearsal, everyone. You should all be aware that the rehearsal has been pushed back to 8:00am tomorrow morning. It is of THE UTMOST IMPORTANCE that you be there ON TIME and PREPARED and WELL-BEHAVED. This is no time for foolishness. Ladies remeber to bring the shoes in which you plan to walk. Also to everyone, bring water and snack items, because it's gonna be a long rehearsal.

ATTENTION SENIORS: Graduation Rehersal starts at 8 a.m sharp. YOU MUST BE THERE ON TIME!!!!!! Bring water/snacks. Girls bring the shoes you plan on walking in. All honor grads need to bring their black/orange tassels in order to exchange them for the gold tassels. If you want to keep your black/orange tassels and still want a gold one you MUST bring $8 to cover the cost.

If you already know you are on the debt list, bring the money to cover what you owe. This will allow graduation rehersal to go both smoother and faster.
