Thankful to live in a country where we can freely celebrate and honor those who have fallen to make our country great.

Thankful to live in a community that does not take these sacrifices lightly and continues to honor them.

Thankful for each of these gyms (and several more not listed) that offer fitness and community within our small community to make it great.

Each of these gyms held a Murph Memorial workout. “Murph” is a challenging workout that honors Lieutenant Michael Murphy, a Navy SEAL who died in 2005. It involves a mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, and another mile run, all while wearing a weighted vest.
