A lot of speed and agility work isnāt about going full speed all the time.
Sometimes itās slowing things down enough to teach the body how to organize itself first.
The hips play a huge role in acceleration, deceleration, and changing direction. If we can improve how an athlete controls and transitions through these positions, we can build a more efficient mover when the intensity gets turned up.

Really appreciate having me out for a full day at URI. Got to sit in for a pre practice workout, on court warm up, full practice and a cool down stretch.

Always great going back to Salve
When I first moved back to Rhode Island to start Island Athletics, I started up as an unpaid intern at Salve in the weight room. Always grateful for the experience and lessons I learned there.
Was great coming back at this point in my career and share the knowledge Iāve learned along the way. This was filmed back in February towards the end of the season, prepping for the conference tournament. Thank you for having me out
