🌿 ACHS Field Day Friday Activity Idea: Take your learning outdoors! 🌿

Head out on a local herb-identification walk and journal your findings as you explore plants in your area. Notice their characteristics, scents, traditional uses, and any connections to wellness that come to mind. It’s a simple way to deepen your herbal knowledge while staying grounded in nature.

Field Day Fridays run June 5–September 25. As part of this initiative, ACHS offices are closed on Fridays so our community can fully engage in experiential learning and self-directed growth.
