PEA works to encourage, support and educate emerging archivists in Portland and surrounding areas.
PEA hosts 3-4 events each year aimed at bringing together students and new archivists. All events are free (or near-free) and include both educational and social components. PEA collaborates with other related groups, including library/information science organizations, to support our mission- to serve the archives community in Portland, Oregon and beyond.
