When I finally quit my high-stress job and made space for myself, I realized that my stress, anxiety, and fatigue wasn't a result of my circumstances. I needed a better way.
I started journaling again as that’s always been a way for me to re-center myself but journaling on its own wasn't working for me anymore. So I looked for a planner and realized none of the many existing options encompassed everything I was searching for. As an experienced print designer, I decided that maybe I needed to create my own - thus I began planning out Abide·Daily.
Instead of “Do more, be better,” Abide·Daily says, “Slow down, do what’s important, and focus on what’s meaningful.”
Making this planner a part of my routine has brought me so much freedom from fatigue and anxiety, and has really become a daily reminder of what’s important to me.
I feel like I HAVE reclaimed my life. I am far more self-aware, I have so much more joy and energy to take on the unexpected, and I have fresh vision for my life again…
My prayer is that this planner helps you in the same way it has helped me. That's why I'm SO excited to invite you on this journey for yourself, and ask for your help to launch our the Premier Edition of Abide·Daily - available only on Kickstarter.
To the journey ahead,
Loraina
