Kitchen Takeover! Crystal making her famous Pumkin Cheesecake for tomorrow's dinner!

I had an overnight business trip to Bend and had some really good, well-seasoned meals there. First two photos are from breakfast this morning, vanilla latte and special scone (boisonberry and peach) and Jo's Omelette special from McKay Cottage Restaurant. Second, photo is from dinner last night at Zydeco, T-bone steak with mushrooms, mashed potatoes and asparagus, and for dessert, a banana split! Check these places out folks when you are in Bend!

I made this Chinese sausage fried rice with colorful vegetables for lunch today to satisfy my craving for a home-cooked meal. Conferences tend to be a mixed bag of food, so being home and cooking in my kitchen brings me joy.😊
