This past week one of our G-P robotics teams, FTC 15725 traveled to Belton, Texas to compete in the FTC Robotics UIL 5A State championship. Through their work and efforts they managed to finish as State Semifinalists!
Please help us in congratulating them for their accomplishment.

We are so proud of our students work at the San Antonio FRC Event! They worked through day 1 issues to get their robot working again to be chosen for the 2nd Alliance! They played through the Elimination bracket with their alliance members finishing as tournament Finalists! They also were selected for the Rookie Inspiration award.
They will compete next at the Space City event in two weeks and we cannot wait to see what they accomplish!

This past Saturday more than 50 of our G-PHS Robotics students spent the day at their FTC Gulf Coast District Championship. Awards are listed below; our students did outstanding with 2 teams advancing directly to the regional tournament at the end of February and the other 3 all advancing to the Semi-regional (area) tournament.

Happy with how we have done this year!

Gregory-Portland High School Robotics students, led by their teacher Mr. Jonathan Turner, competed against some of the best teams in Texas for the UIL 5A/6A division state title. Our students pushed themselves to the best of their abilities, and managed to make it all the way to the semifinals of the state tournament before losing to the eventual tournament champions, a team led by students from The Woodlands High School. Please help me in congratulating these students on all their hard work and on their finish in the state tournament.

Our teams competed this past weekend at the FTC Texas Central Region Championship! We are so proud of all of our students! On the our next event!
