daveccoaching We are all dealing with being in a space of uncertainty right now in one way or another. These are a few ways to help get through this time.
- allow yourself to feel the vulnerability of it and don't resist exactly where you are and what you're feeling. The more you resist it, the bigger this feeling will get.
It's OK to be in a space of "I Don't Know"
- Every morning, get still and feel in your body what it would feel like to be on the other side of this uncertainty. A space KNOWING you are exactly where you need to be in this moment.
- Allow your Higher Self to enter in and guide you toward whatever inspired action you need to take, if any, at the moment or for the day.
AND REMEMBER TO BREATHE!
