- allow yourself to feel the vulnerability of it and don't resist exactly where you are and what you're feeling. The more you resist it, the bigger this feeling will get.
It's OK to be in a space of "I Don't Know"
- Every morning, get still and feel in your body what it would feel like to be on the other side of this uncertainty. A space KNOWING you are exactly where you need to be in this moment.
- Allow your Higher Self to enter in and guide you toward whatever inspired action you need to take, if any, at the moment or for the day.
AND REMEMBER TO BREATHE!

What part of you is NOT feeling worthy? The key is to be in touch with this aspect of us that does not feel worthy of good to come into our lives.Because no matter what we want consciously, the unconscious works at a whole other level to stick with what feels safe, even if it's not what we consciously want.We have to bring as much love, warmth, compassion, and curiosity to this wounded space as possible. Allow it to have voice. Give it breathing room. We are so afraid of these darker corners of our psyche.2 practices I would suggest:* Journal. Ask it what it needs from you to feel safe* Get in touch with where this space lives in your body. Put your hand there and give it your breath and loving energy. Just be with it and let it be exactly where it is. I promise if you only do these 2 practices every morning, you will feel movement toward more self love and more worthiness within.

Having resistance to change is not a bad thing. There is much to learn from it. It's never easy making big changes in our lives, and that's because there is a part of us that wants to stay safe and with what is familiar.That is why it is so important to stay connected to that place in us, that unconscious part that is usually the inner child, and listen to what it has to say and it's concerns. Bring compassion to this space, parent it, the way we maybe weren't parented when we were a child.The more we can do that, the more we can dis-identify with it and not let it stop us from taking these steps forward that we want in our lives. There is no RIGHT answer to any question we have. Only the choice that FEELS best to the inner guide that we ALL have.how do we get in touch with that?Be still.Ask.Listen.Be patient.The answer to what direction to take will come, but we have to be willing to hold still and listen to our body and those spaces within that get drowned out by the external and internal noise.Give this a try. 5 minutes every morning.It's amazing how your day will change with just those 5 minutes of devotion.

We have to let go of theNEED for the answer to come and allow for the natural unfoldment to take place.Sometimes it's just not the right time to know and there's more internal processing that needs to happen.3 things things you can do to allow for that answer to come to you:• Journal. Do some automatic writing where you can free flow thoughts about the situation. This will allow for all that mind chatter to have a place to go and be released. There are sometimes deeper answers within that free flow process of writing.* Sit for at least 5 minutes and ask for guidance. Ask your higher self/God/ universe to guide you toward your highest good and the right action to take, if any. And then just allow yourself to be in the stillness• Be patient. Recognize that part of you that is impatient for the answer and give it your warmth, compassion and curiosity.Recognizing any fear that is there underneath that is needing control.
