Thank you, thank you, thank you for helping make our 50th Deering High Class of 1976 reunion the best ever! If you didn’t have the time of your life it’s on you! We couldn’t have done it with out the contribution of everyone present and especially those that stepped up to the plate and pitched in! It wouldn’t have been the same without everyone who attended making the commitment to show up or our efforts would be for nothing!

Special thanks to the dream team of Victoria Photos our treasurer, Gina Lee Day and Kendalee Doughty O’Connor who hosted the event, our flower girls, Debbie Emmons and Rose Feeney Panaccione, decorator Susan Davidson Fisher, Kathe O’Neil and our Remembrance board maker, Cindy Sevigny.

And a special shout out to all of you who contributed a little or a lot extra so we could cover the cost of this event -food ain’t cheap! The unofficial count was 121 with Barry Kern and his new friend joining us! It even surprised his sister! Sorry for those of you who couldn’t join us! You were missed!

Enjoy the photos and I hope to reconnect with lots of you before our next reunion in five years! Stay healthy in body, mind and spirit! Blessings to you all!

Added to our guest list are Sarah Slavick and Cindy Sevigny! Too funny that our very first person signed up was Bill Skoolicas’s and Sarah’s photos are are right next to one another in our 1976 year book! But they don’t have to be the last to sign up because you can choose to pay at the door if your plans change last minute and you want to join us at 300 Spurwick Dr in Cape Elizabeth at the Purpoodock Golf Club in Cape Elizabeth anytime after 4:30pm, cash, check or Venmo!

What to wear to our 50th reunion? It’s a golf club so summer casual is fine! If you want to dress up for date nite do so! Want to wear shorts and your favorite cotton tee, wear it! It’s your reunion, dress for you and how you want to show up! No fashion shows unless you want that! I am wearing one of three sundresses as I am an indecisive libra so will decide the day of! So grateful to be able to have a choice! You choose you! And we will all have fun no matter what the labels and colors on our clothes say! Mine are from Goodwill as I love to reuse and recycle! 👗👚🩳👖👠👡👢👞👟🩴🎩🧢
