Tom, a licensed Realtor in ME since 2001, has been fortunate to have lived and worked in the Greater Portland area his entire life, growing up and attending schools in Falmouth, and living in the Cumberland-Yarmouth communities with his own family since 1980. As a former restaurateur in the Lakes Region area, Tom has helped many folks sell their lakefront property or find that special camp. Tom has successfully general contracted several projects in the western Maine mountains, Sugarloaf & Saddleback/Rangeley areas and recently renovated his own home, in Yarmouth. Clients will be relieved to have Tom on their team as they navigate the construction process, whether big or small he is happy to share his expertise with you and can work with your contractor if you are planning your new construction project. In this age of constant transitions, Tom has taken the time to learn how best to meet the needs of those in the 50+ market in housing sales and purchases. He has earned the SRES designation (Senior Real Estate Specialist). He will gently educate and assist the senior client and their families through the real estate transaction and help navigate the maze of financial, legal, and emotional issues. When Tom is not busy with real estate, he enjoys golf, biking, fishing, and skiing in the many corners of the grand state of Maine.
