⏰ Tardy Reminder

Beginning Monday, August 24, we will begin officially counting tardies. Students who arrive after 7:40 a.m. are considered tardy.

At 7:40, our car line will close. Families arriving after that time will need to park in the front lot and walk their child into the front office to sign them in.

Being on time helps our little Wildcats begin their day comfortably, confidently, and together. ❤️💙 Thank you for helping us start each school day off right!

ECC Families — if you have not yet received your Raptor barcode car sticker, you may pick it up in the ECC front office anytime between now and 2:00 p.m. today.

Any stickers that are not picked up by 2:00 p.m. will be sent home in student backpacks.

We have also sent important dismissal information through ParentSquare, including details about the Raptor Safe app, authorized drivers, carpools, and sticker placement. Please be sure to check your ParentSquare message before dismissal today.

Morning arrival is ONE lane only.
Dismissal uses TWO lanes.
PK and Kindergarten have different car line entrances.
Please do not switch lanes once you enter the dismissal line.
Families with both a PK and Kindergarten student should use the PK/back car line for dismissal.

We can’t wait to see our ECC families from 4:30–5:30 PM!

🎒 PLEASE bring your child’s backpack! This is a big one! We’ll be working on getting dismissal tags attached to backpacks so everyone is ready for the first day of school.

📚 School supplies: You are encouraged to bring your child’s school supplies tonight! Supplies for our community spaces will be organized in the gym, and everything else can go directly to your child’s classroom.

🍗 And when Meet the Teacher is over… skip cooking and head to Raising Cane’s for ECC Spirit Night! Mention ECC, and 15% of sales will come directly back to the Early Childhood Center! ❤️💙

If your child’s enrollment has been processed, the primary guardian listed on the enrollment application may have received a text and/or email from Raptor Technologies today. It is not spam!

📱 The message includes what you need to download the app and begin setting up your dismissal account. Please pay special attention to the invitation code included in the message.

If you have not received an invitation yet, don’t worry! More will be sent at the beginning of next week as Skyward syncs with our Raptor system.

Additional information and dismissal tags will be provided at Meet the Teacher on Monday, August 10, from 4:30–5:30 p.m.

Join us from 4:30–5:30 p.m. to meet your child’s teachers, visit their neighborhood, and get ready for a wonderful school year!

Afterward, skip the cooking and head to Raising Cane’s for ECC Spirit Night from 4:00–8:00 p.m.! Mention the ECC fundraiser when ordering in person, or use code RCFUND96 for online and app orders. Cane’s will donate 15% of qualifying sales back to ECC!
