TAG Truck Center of Tupelo Recognized for Daimler Trucks North America Service Excellence

Portland, OR. March 14, 2012 – Daimler Trucks North America Service Training Academy and Snap-On Tools would like to congratulate TAG Truck Center of Tupelo, Mississippi for their outstanding service performance within the DTNA network. TAG Truck Center of Tupelo, Mississippi was the top performing service location recognized at the recent 2012 DTNA “Momentum” Parts and Service Update Meeting held in Las Vegas, NV March 7-9th, 2012.

The location was chosen based on their overall SSI (Service Support Index) score, which takes into account technician training, percentage of warranty repairs performed by a certified technician, overall location certification status, call center feedback, and warranty performance in addition to other key operational qualifications.

At the conclusion of the Momentum conference, Tom Kotenko of Snap-On Tools presented TAG Truck Center with a fully wrapped and Freightliner branded Snap-On roll-cab toolbox in recognition of their service excellence.
