Just returned from my final Gyrokinesis(r) certification in LA, with the AMAZING Master Trainer Nancie Lepore. My favorite lesson: Pleasure happens when movement is fulfilled--like sneezing or yawning (and fulfillment is not measured by how big the movement is).

Gyrokinesis class, Mondays at Yoga Shala, 5:45-7:00pm. Very pleasurable.....
