So excited for my buyers, Kelleigh and Chris, on the purchase of their incredible first home! This fabulous couple deserves all the happiness in the world, and I'm so glad that I was able to help them through this process. This sale was truly a celebration for all parties as it was very complicated and had many trials and tribulations but everyone kept a positive attitude through all of the negotiations, and we made it to the end line. Looking for a client: An office space lease in January in the Biddeford, S**o, OOB, S**o, SoPo, Scarborough areas. Ideally a space with an office space and waiting room, or hallway where clients can wait and parking for their clients. 1000 sq/ft or a little less. Can sublet with someone else, as they only need it 3 days a week. $1000 p/m or near that! Thanks for any recommendations!

Thinking of selling your home and you built a new barn for your goats? Don’t forget the permits!

Before listing, it’s important to make sure any additions, renovations, elaborate goat barns or in-law apartments were properly permitted and approved by the town. Why?

1. Protect your value – Buyers (and appraisers) look closely at square footage and improvements. Unpermitted work can’t always be counted.
2. Avoid delays – Missing permits can hold up closing or even stop a sale.
3.Peace of mind – Buyers feel more confident knowing the work was inspected and safe.

If you’ve finished a basement, added a deck, or built an ADU without paperwork, now is the time to sort it out. It could save you time, future headaches (and money!) when it’s time to sell.

Drove by this incredible home today on the way to a showing in Kennebunkport---this home always stops me in my tracks. There is something to classic, historic architecture that has been maintained and kept its original features throughout the decades. Classic, stunning, and bold. A true gem in Southern Maine.
