A 7th-grade girl says she was not allowed to read her pro-life slam poetry submission because it was considered “offensive” and “politically charged,” even though staff acknowledged it met the assignment requirements.
Meanwhile, other students were reportedly allowed to present on topics attacking the Second Amendment, mocking Jesus, and advocating for LGBTQ rights.
This is viewpoint discrimination.
A 13-year-old girl used her voice to speak for life, and adults tried to silence her. Children should not be punished for standing by their convictions.

Shane McAnally’s baby boy was born via surrogate in October 2025, and a recent video of the child saying “mama” sparked backlash online, with McAnally disputing the criticism.
A child is not content.
A mother is not optional.
A woman’s womb is not a marketplace.

This is why families must speak with courage and compassion.
Restore God’s design for children and family.
