"Learn by Dropping the Ball" teaches people to accept failure as part of the path to success. While learning to juggle one learns to learn a new skill

My daughter Kaya was at a lecture at Vanderbuilt University in Nashville when her professor brought up this slide/GIFF of a plate spinner. Kaya Bothe yelled out "That's my dad". Now how cool is that? Google "Plate Spinning Giff" and you will see I'm 5 out of the top ten results. World famous, 6 repeating seconds at a time. Eventually it will add up to 15 min of fame.

Just had a great workshop with Center for Children & Youth Justice. Billy and Emily succeeded in having the most fun.
Thank you everyone for trusting me to lead you in "Learn by Dropping the Ball"

Amazing how quick kids/"young people" can learn when they are motivated. Got to teach a group of 7-8 graders how to "Learn by Dropping the Ball". It is also interesting how in general the kids have already settled into the patterns of "Yes I can" or "No, I don't think I can". Best part is getting the "No I can't" to be "Yes I can" people.

"Learn by Dropping the Ball" comes to Livermore CA. I got to teach my team building workshop to the good folks at FormFactor. Ton of fun was had by everyone. Check out the photos.
