The Children's Nursery School

The Children's Nursery School A NAEYC accredited, family-fueled cooperative preschool in the heart of Portland, ME for 50 years.

The Children’s Nursery School (CNS) is a co-operative preschool nestled in the courtyard of downtown’s historic State Street Church. Daily, students nurture meaningful friendships while challenging their social, emotional, creative and intellectual boundaries. We offer tours of our program to interested families throughout the year – we’d love to see you!
