Goodbyes are always difficult, but we are thrilled to know Naima Issak, our HP Administrative Assistant, will continue to connect and care for students and families at a new school next year. We have been so thankful for your welcoming smile and all you've done for Harrison Park Middle School through the years, Naima! Good luck at your new school - we will miss you!

We have something cooking up our sleeve... Harrision Park PTA is in search of a tow-behind grill. If you have, or know someone who has, a large tow-behind cooking grill, please reach out! We'd like to discuss using it in late August for our school community.

Educator of the Year 05/22/2026

Big News! Harrison Park Middle School's very own Mikael Benson was recently named Educator of the Year, grades 6-8. The OnPoint Prize for Excellence in Education recognizes educators who use innovative teaching approaches to inspire students and make a meaningful impact beyond the classroom—supporting families and strengthening their communities.

Our school community knows well how deserving Mr. Benson is of this honor. The PTA is grateful for his efforts in the classroom, the garden, with our PTA and in support of the Harrison Park community and beyond. We are so glad his is receiving this recognition and accolade.

Educator of the Year The OnPoint Educator of the Year award celebrates innovative teaching methods. Anyone can nominate to recognize their favorite teacher.
